I have bought a ticket for the wrong day.
If you have accidentally purchased the wrong ticket please call The Ticket Factory on 0844 338 8000.
Can I buy a ticket on the day?
As long as tickets have not sold out in advance they will be available to buy online throughout the festival or from the ticket outlet store in Touchwood or the on-site ticket office (please note, prices will increase on the day).
Is there a car park at the festival?
There is a car park opposite the festival site – Monkspath Hall Road car park (B91 3LU). All Solihull car parks are within a 10 minute walk from the festival site.
Can I camp overnight?
Summer Fest is not a camping festival and all guests will be asked to leave the site at the end of each day at 10pm.
What time does the festival open?
Festival gates will open at 11am and music begins at 12pm – 10pm. You may come and go between these times if you are wearing a valid wristband (a new bag search will be carried out).
When do I need to leave the site?
The headline acts finish at 10pm, and all guests will then be asked to leave the site.
I want to stay all weekend...
Weekend tickets are available. If you have a day ticket, as long as the festival has not sold out, these will be available to buy onsite or online.
I have lost my wristband, what can I do?
All wristbands will be put on at the festival gates. Please keep them on all day. Wristbands will not be replaced.
I have a weekend ticket, can I give my ticket to someone else for the second day?
No, there will be a specific weekend wrist band that stays on the same person for both days.
Can I smoke at Summer Fest?
The same regulations apply at Summer Fest as the rest of the country. You can smoke in open air but not inside big tops and tents, including the VIP tent and bar marquees.
If I leave Summer Fest can I get back in?
Yes, once you have your wrist band you can come in and out of the festival site all day (a new bag search will be carried out).
What time is last entry to Summer Fest?
Opening hours are 11am – 10pm. Last entry is 9.30pm.
Is there a Cash machine on site?
We don’t have a cash machine in the park, but there are a number of cash points in Solihull centre – a 10 minute walk away. We will take card payments at all bars on site.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
We have two large fully stocked bars, a Prosecco/Cocktail bar and a Real Ale bar on site. Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on site. Please do not be offended if we ask to search your bags. Any alcohol found will be disposed of.
When is my favourite band playing?
Festival band timings will be uploaded nearer the time to our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Solihullsummerfest/.
What facilities are available for disabled visitors?
The festival site has disabled toilets at both ends, a side and central path and access to a viewing platform. Please be aware that the ground may be uneven in certain places. For further information please email email@example.com.
Can I bring a gazebo or camping chair?
Gazebos and tents are not permitted. The use of camping chairs/blankets/umbrellas is permitted towards the back of the viewing area, this area will be clearly signposted.
Can I bring a Picnic?
Unfortunately, no food or drink is permitted into the festival site, with the exception of baby food and sealed water bottles. However, there are a huge range of food vendors to suit all tastes.
Children at the festival.
All children under 16 must attend the festival with an adult. Please keep your children under supervision at all times. Under 4’s are free and no ticket is required.
Can I bring my dog?
Only assistance dogs are allowed at the festival.
Can I buy Summer Fest Merchandise?
Yes, we will be selling merchandise at the festival. You can also buy merchandise from the Summer Fest Ticket Outlet in Touchwood.
Will local roads close?
There will be a short road closure of Monkspath Hall Road between 9pm – 11pm on Saturday and Sunday night for the safety of guests leaving the festival.
For the safety of all guests, thorough bag checks will take place on entrance.
